Tuna and Oyster Mushroom Proteiner Spread

Did you know that mixing Proteiner into any spread will save you a lot of unnecessary fats, while adding a lot of protein at the same time? And adding Oyster Mushroom Proteiner will add a special flavour as well.


Finely grate Oyster Mushroom Proteiner and pickles. Finely chop spring onion. Drain tuna fish. In a bowl mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate.

Serve with fresh or toasted bread or crackers.
