Spicy Proteiner Risotto

Do you have some rice left and need a quick and nutritious meal? You can spice it up as you like.


Dice Mexico Proteiner, onion and red pepper and throw it in a heated pan with olive oil and sauté until golden brown. Then add frozen corn and let it cook. Add spice and season to taste. In the end add stewed rice and mix well in the pan.

Combine Smoked Proteiner with your favourite vegetables and spices.

Use Oyster Mushroom Proteiner and add white mushrooms.

Use Natural Proteiner and flavour it with soya sauce.

Or try adding peanuts or beans.
