Slim Noodles al Pomodoro

You won’t believe it tastes like traditional pasta!  And yet it gives you so much more protein and makes a fully substantial meal.

Ingredients:

Dice onion and garlic and quickly sauté in a bit of olive oil. Add diced tomatoes and stir well. Add beef broth and let the pomodoro sauce reduce for 10 minutes. In the end add fresh herbs and season to taste.

Slowly push out Slim Noodles from the package, separating them slightly as they fall into a drainer placed in a saucepan. Bring water to boil and pour it over Slim Noodles. Stir to heat and separate noodles well and drain immediately.

Serve with pomodoro sauce, garnished with Parmesan cheese.
