Proteiner Sauerkraut Goulash

This typical goulash recipe can be made also from Adler’s Proteiner Sausages, if you prefer the meat taste - in any case, it will have a  great nutritional value.


Chop Proteiner to large chunks. Finely chop onion. Heat olive oil in a casserole and soften onion. Then add Proteiner and sauté until golden brown. In the end add paprika and caraway seed and stir well. Cut sauerkraut, if you prefer, and add to the casserole. Pour in the vegetable broth and stew for 15 minutes. In the end just add crushed garlic and flour for thickening. Season to taste, adding a bit sugar, if necessary.  

Serve with bread.
