Vegetable Proteiner Stir-fry served with Coconut Red Lentils
Vegetable stir-fry can be pretty good, but with Smoked Proteiner it becomes a fully substantial meal with just the right amount of protein and no extra fat, thus improving the nutritional value.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack (200 g) Adler’s Proteiner Smoked (or Natural, Mexico, Oyster Mushroom flavour)
- 1 red onion
- 1 red pepper
- Brussels sprouts or vegetables of your choice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- spices of your choice
- salt and pepper
Chop everything to chunks, heat olive oil in a pan and panfry until soft, but still crispy. Season to taste and serve with Coconut Red Lentils.
Coconut Red Lentils
Rinse red lentils, add ground coconut and a dab of butter into the saucepan and sauté a little. Then pour in soya milk and simmer until soft. Season to taste.
