Vegetable and Mushroom Proteiner Stir-fry

Vegetable stir-fry is always a good choice, but adding Proteiner makes it a protein-enriched meal. And Oyster Mushroom Proteiner adds special flavour as well.


Dice Proteiner. Slice mushrooms and chop garlic, ginger, and vegetables. Gradually add garlic, ginger, mushrooms, Proteiner, and vegetables in a pan with olive oil and panfry. In the end add pumpkin seeds and soya sauce and season to taste. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.

Serve with jasmine rice.
