Mexico Proteiner Tortilla
Healthy high-protein fast food is what you can easily make with Proteiner at any time, for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 2 large tortillas
- 1 pack (200 g) Adler’s Proteiner Mexico
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- iceberg, red pepper, tomatoes, and cucumber
- spices of your choice
- Greek yoghurt
Sauté onion and garlic in a heated pan with a bit of olive oil. Add the diced Proteiner with spices and sauté for a few more minutes.
In a bowl mix yoghurt with spices.
Cut vegetables and mix together to make a salad.
Heat tortillas on a dry pan (or in a microwave oven). Fill them with the prepared fresh vegetable salad, warm Proteiner mix, adding the spiced yoghurt on top.
