Chilli Con Proteiner

You can add Proteiner to a traditional meat chilli, or you can use Proteiner on its own and save some calories in both cases.

Dice onion, red pepper and Mexico Proteiner and sauté in a bit of olive oil. Add drained red kidney beans and tomato puree. Season with a pinch of chilli powder, ground paprika, cumin and cinnamon, and finally add crushed garlic and salt and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes while stirring.

Serve with nachos, tortilla or bread, garnished with fresh red pepper and cherry tomatoes.
