Beer-Basted Proteiner Sausage

You can be creative and try this version with tomato paste or add mustard instead to get a more traditional recipe. Proteiner Sausage is exceptional for its high content of protein and low content of fat and carbohydrates.

Ingredients:

Chop vegetables to chunks, mix with tomato paste and beer and season to taste, optionally adding some fresh herbs like oregano. Pour the mixture over Proteiner sausages in a baking dish and bake in an oven at 170oC for 30 minutes.
