Sweet Proteiner Sundae

Do you fancy a sweet snack with your morning coffee? You can enjoy this healthy high-protein Sundae.


Make pudding as usual and let it cool a little. Then blend into cottage cheese, adding a tablespoon of agave syrup. Pour into small bowls or glasses and add a layer of diced Sweet Proteiner. Top with fruit of your choice.
