Sweet Proteiner Couscous

How about starting the day with a balanced high-protein breakfast and still enjoy it sweet?


Divide ½ cup of dry couscous evenly into 2 small bowls and add a dab of butter in each. Bring 1 cup of water to boil and pour 1/2 cup in each bowl and stir quickly. Cover them well and leave to soak for 5-10 minutes. Dice Sweet Proteiner of your choice and slice a banana, mixing both into the prepared couscous. Top with almonds, honey and cinnamon or cocoa powder.
