Biscuit and Proteiner Cold Sandwich

Something sweetly delicious you can easily prepare and eat as a protein-enriched snack at any time of the day.


Spread a thin layer of yoghurt on a biscuit and place a slice of sweet Proteiner on top, spread another thin layer of yoghurt on top and cover with another biscuit and repeat the process. Press all layers together, cutting off any extra Proteiner on the sides. Refrigerate for about 5 hours, until biscuits soften. Cut to any shapes you desire.
