Baked Sweet Slim Noodles

This combination will certainly surprise you, because you would never believe it is possible to make a sweet dish so packed with complete protein, and yet so delicious!

Ingredients:

Slowly push out Slim Noodles from the package, separating them slightly as they fall into a drainer placed in a saucepan. Bring water to boil and pour it over Slim Noodles, stir to separate noodles well, and drain immediately.

Place apple slices at the bottom of a baking dish greased by butter and sprinkle with a bit of sugar and cinnamon. Put a layer of noodles and then place another layer of sliced apples with sugar and cinnamon.

Pour over with lightly beaten eggs and bake for approx. 30 minutes at 180oC. Do not leave too long so that it does not dry out. 

Serve with yoghurt and honey.
